How to Remove MyPCBackup –Uninstall Guide

I don't know where I got MyPCBackup but it appeared today on my PC. It is listed in C: Program Files but I can't delete it since it says it is in use by some other program. Any idea how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance.
I considered myPCBackup as a malware or some type of virus that was installed on my computer without my request. I have myPCBackup to appear on the screen in several occasions. I have check the add/remove of Windows and could not find the program there. Running MS Security Essential didn’t find nor detect myPCBackup as a threat, so there is no way to remove it.
i was unable to uninstall mypc backup because A) it was hidden and B) it was open and you can't remove the file if it's open. i tried to close it using my task bar but that wasn't enough. Is there any help?

What’s MyPCBackup?

MyPCBackup, also called My PC Online Backup which is a deceptive application that creates headaches for computer users. It is created by MyPCBackup LTD and digitally signed by JDI BACKUP LIMITED. In its official website, the schemer claims that this software offers the most effective way for computer users to store a variety of files or data. It acts as an online external disk allowing covert data access whenever you are online. All of these look so formal and attractive. However, when people install MyPCBackup on the computer, this tricky virus begins to show its malicious traits.

The virus will keep showing a pop-up reminder on the screen again and again which says “Your Computer is not backed up; Backup your files online today”. Some people are getting impatient by this pop-up note and try to uninstall MyPCBackup from their computer. However, no matter how many times they have tried, the virus still stays in the PC and keeps poping up the notification. What’s worse, if unluckily people have done a BackUp through this software, their confidential information may be put in danger, because this virus may copy and steal users’ private data and send them to the remote cyber criminal and also demand you to pay a registration fee. Meanwhile, the infected PC will run more and more slowly, users may often encounter window freeze and system crash when they are surfing the internet. As a result, this malware should be removed as soon as possible for the safety of your personal information and the stability of the computer performance.
