I have the same problem: a request for google.com is redirected to developer.yahoo.com/yql/console. On all my browsers: IE, Firefox and Chromium; with Windows XP and Windows 7. It is not always active, it comes and it goes, but it is unpredictable when I can reach google without problem. 

It is called the http://developer.yahoo.com/yql/console redirect virus (fancy name!). My virus scanner Avast didn't find anything. Same result with AVG2013. Some solutions on the web look very suspicious... I'm looking for the final answer.

Step1: 1. End all the http://developer.yahoo.com/yql/console running processes
Open Task Manager by Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time, choose Process icon and stop all the http://developer.yahoo.com/yql/console running processes.

Step 2.  Clear all the history records, temp files and cookies of infected browser
Take Internet Explorer as an example:
From the Tools menu in the upper right, click on Internet Options and choose General icon, and then select Delete Browsing History on exit, after that click OK to exit.

2) Choose Search Providers → choose 'Bing' search engine or 'Google' search engine and make it default.

Step4: delete all the malicious files.
Click the Start button choose Control Panel, find out Appearance and Personalization, and then click Folder Options and choose the View tab. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.

 Step 4: Remove all http://developer.yahoo.com/yql/console registry entries as follows:
open Registry Editor by pressing Window+R keys together.(another way is clicking on the Start button and choosing Run option, then typing into Regedit and pressing Enter. )


Find out all ww.milesandkms.com registry entries as follows and delete all of them.
