Remove Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP Completely from My PC

Complaints about Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP virus:

I keep getting a notice from Norton antivirus that they have detected a high risk "suspicious.cloud.7.ep" and removed it. This happens about once every two minutes. I scanned with malware bytes and my drive was clean. How can I get rid of this?

This morning after startup the problem with suspicious.cloud.7.ep was almost continuous and slowed my computer to a crawl. It finally just locked up altogether. I had to pull the plug to shut down and was concerned that I had lost everything. Plugged in and rebooted and the computer (windows 7 and run explorer browser) performed a normal startup and has been stable all day. I run Norton security and suspect it was causing the problem. Have no idea how it was fixed. If anyone figures it out please let me know.

Unfortunately, I have the exact same problem. I have not found the fix yet. I have done everything Norton has said to do as well as what other forums said to do. They stated that this is caused from a flash player update and that the flash player needed to be uninstalled and then reinstalled. So far, my computer is still 'infected' and I am unable to use it.  Someone please help...  :)
