Effectively Get Rid of Tuvaro

Screenshot of Tuvaro:

Case one:  My wife unfortunately hit the wrong button and downloaded Tuvaro, malware that redirects your home screen in IE and Chrome to a Tuvaro Bing search. I've googled it, saw several fixes, and I think I've fixed most of the problem, but whenever I open IE or Chrome, it redirects to this Tuvaro screen.
The program no longer shows up as a current program, I think I've deleted it with Malware Bytes and SpyBot, but it continues to do it. I've search the registry for "tuvaro" and can't find it.
Is there anything that I can do to get it to stop?

Case two: I uninstalled Google Chrome and Firefox and I am just using IE right now, but still having problems.  So, my computer was infected with the Tuvaro.com and mysearchdial.com add-ons.  I had removed mysearchdial.com from my programs several days ago.  I removed the Tuvaro.com search engine from the Internet Options (under Mange add-ons) this morning, but it still shows up even after closing the browser down and opening it back up. I also went through every last folder in my registry and nothing came up with tuvaro or mysearchdial to be removed. Please help,  I am tech savy and this is a very big pain in the butt.  Thank you so much in advance for any advice or help that you can provide.
